How does renting the aircraft work?

The aircraft is offered as a dry-lease, meaning the rental includes the airframe only. Pilot costs and operational expenses such as fuel, TKS fluid, and landing fees are excluded.

What are the pilot qualifications?

Pilots must hold appropriate valid ratings for the planned flight. Depending on total experience and currency, our insurer may require specific checkouts, apply a higher premium billed additionally, or apply a deductible included in the deposit. These requirements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In general, an instrument rating and more than 200 hours are desired.

How much does it cost?

Flight time is billed at 210 EUR excl. VAT (252 EUR incl. VAT) per flight hour. Flight time is tracked by the CGR-30P tachometer active only above 1300 RPM; therefore, warm-up and most ground operations are not charged. Terms are negotiable for large commitments (>15 hours).

What equipment do you offer?

The avionics database is updated for IFR flights prior to rental. Complimentary items include aircraft cover, emergency toolkits, and USB chargers. TKS fluid, portable oxygen, ADL satellite weather subscription, and aviation headsets are available at additional cost.

How long can I rent the aircraft?

Rentals last up to one month, with an expected average utilization of at least 1.5 flight hours per calendar day. Exceptions can be discussed and pre-approved, especially for rentals involving a large number of hours.

What is the rental process?

• Get in contact to discuss your project and desired dates.

• Provide your license and supporting documents to be added to the insurance policy.

• Complete a familiarization flight with an instructor or designated pilot.

• Fly as Pilot-in-Command and enjoy the aircraft.

Where can I fly?

The aircraft is based at Nancy-Essey (LFSN). During your rental, you may fly to any country covered by our insurance policy, which includes most European countries except Albania, Kosovo, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Crimea. Additional coverage may be requested, subject to terms and potential additional costs.
